Fiberia's Refund Policy

Fiberia offers unconditional 7 Days full Moneyback Guarantee on our VPS/cloud servers, which means you can test our VPS servers risk free for 7 days.

Customers may cancel their accounts at any time, however they will not be entitled to a refund for the unused period of the prepaid month, if they do that after 7 days of money back gurantee period. Any incentives offered to the Customers upon sign-up will stand cancelled.

Customers who violate our TOS policy and abuse our serivces and resources will get their service Suspended or even terminated wihout any notice. In that case customers or clients will not get any refund from us. We do not offer any refund if client abuse our services.

Customers will not get any refund if they use our services for illegal activities such as Spamming, Spoofing and other activities mentioned on our TOS page.

Customers will not get any refund on suspension/Termination for abusing resourcess mentioned on our Fair Share Policy.

Purchasing any service from us cleary mean that client, user, customer are egree with the server resources like RAM, SSD, CPUs and he/she/they know what they are purchasing/purchased. Which Directly make them ineligible for getting any refund against any claim against service resources.


Under our Terms of Service agreement you must first contact Fiberia to attempt to resolve any billing disputes before contacting your Bank or Credit Card Company or 3rd party payment gateway to dispute the charges. You further agree that any billing disputes must be submitted in writing to our billing department within one month of the invoice payment in question.

Server(s) will be temporarily suspended during any payment disputes or chargebacks. This will remain in force until the issue / dispute is resolved. Post issue resolution, Fiberia may decide not to continue business with the customer. Please note that this decision will solely be based on the nature of dispute / issue.

By using our services you agree to the above policy and to contact Fiberia before contacting your financial institution to seek a resolution. In the event you dispute charges contrary to this agreement, we reserve the right to refer your account or sell your debt (plus any applicable fees) to a third party collection agency. We also reserve the right to take further legal action against you.
